Venue Lighting
Anyone planning an event is bound to consider catering, table decor, music and entertainment. Less obvious is the matter of venue up-lighting, an essential component in creating the right ambience at your event.
We aim to make your event as perfect as possible by assigning you a dedicated team of light engineers. The Light Up My Event team will examine your function hall and plan a lighting solution best suited to your needs.
Our most popular method of up-lighting is to connect all the lights in a DMX series which leaves total control of any number of lights to an easy-to-use controller. We will co-ordinate with either an event manager or with the DJ who can be given complete control of all the lights through this simple system. We often do this to reduce the number of people working on the event, keeping ‘clutter’ to a minimum. Of course, if you prefer, our team will be more than happy to retain control of the lights throughout the evening.
Dancefloors
An LED dancefloor can add extra panache to your venue and will give guests something to remember your event by. We have over five different styles of LED dancefloors in white, black or a combination of both, providing the perfect encouragement for your guests to get up, get on the dancefloor and have a great time. If you prefer a more traditional set-up, we also provide a range of non-lit dancefloors.
Head tables and backdrops
From a choice in colors and styles we offer many different types of backdrops. These can be used for head tables, this can be used to emphasize the head table it can also be a perfect option for ensuring that any photographs taken against it, will be improved with a backdrop of your choice. We can also setup backdrops behind a mandap, live band or even your Dj. We can also by drape your venue in the style of a marquee to ensure your event has a all round perfection factor.>
Houselights
Why not decorate the front of your house to give it extra va-va-voom? We have a vast amount of colours to choose from including ice blue, pink and gold. We also offer over 100 programmes, all controlled by a DMX Controller.
Chair Covers
We offer high-quality chair covers with a range of beautiful bows and sashes. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and attention to detail. We will deliver to the venue, put all the chair covers and bows on for you and take them down again at the end of the night. We make sure all our products are steam ironed; you will not find any creases or damaged material. Our stylish chair covers provide the perfect finishing touch, making your event one to remember.
Centre Pieces
We offer a range of stunning centre pieces from intricate floral displays to chocolate fountains and fruit displays.
